To own a Bed and Breakfast; our longtime dream!

Rodger and Sarah started a discussion years ago about future dreams. A bed and breakfast was one of them. Many countless hours on different websites we found the old Tír na nÓg Inn for sale in St. Peters Bay.

Deposit / refund policy:  

  • We require a credit card to hold your reservation.  For one night's stays a 50% deposit of room rate is required.  If booking multiple nights, deposit required is equivalent to one night's stay.  Remaining payment is due upon arrival.

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, deposit will be kept.  Cancellation under 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date, you will be charged for your entire stay.  We will do our best to re-book and if we do fill the room, we will not bill you. 

    Thank you for your understanding - we are a small business and our room nights are our livelihood.
